Nomadic is building a network of Urban Hubs for Campervans, Expedition Vehicles, and RVs to stay in, and travel to Michigan’s various incredible Cities statewide.

Creating Hubs to integrate our plethora of Outdoor Recreation activities statewide, into more accessible options to freely inhabit our Urban Cities, while maintaining the freedom of access to the Outdoor Recreation areas available all over the State in a way that integrates in Renewable Energy and Sustainability into operations at every facet we can.

Detroit,MI


The origin location here in Corktown, Detroit, MI is chosen as our origin location to implement the Renewable Energy Innovative systems planned, and EV charging/RV hookups utilizing the TIZ zoning of the area. Also chosen for its close proximity to Ralph C. Wilson Jr. park, New Lab, Michigan Central, IBEW, Downtown Detroit, as well as the plethora of attractions and restaurants/bars in the local area to the site.

Eastern Market, MI

This Eastern Market location is chosen for the specific reasons of it’s very close proximity to Eastern Market the massive amount of people who travel in these types of vehicles that participate in these kinds of markets as consumers and sellers, The close proximity to Dyno Detroit (a lot of Nomadic people are climbers or Outdoorsman as well), It’s location also presents excellent access to the Dequindre Cut Greenway which leads to the Riverfront, Iron Belle Trail, and Belle Isles Amenities, While also providing an excellent option for Traveling Nurses/Workers potentially that work at DMC or Factory Zero.

Pittsfield Township, MI

Ann Arbor, MI


This Location in Ann Arbor is chosen for its ease of access to U of M Athletic games as all of them are right down State St. and accessible by public transport there is a route with two stops directly on Ellsworth Rd. into and out of Ann Arbor making it an attractive option for students as well. While Simultaneously providing access to the Ann Arbor Airport, Ann Arbor South ( development coming to Ann Arbor), Briarwood Mall, and the many diverse points of employment/ recreation in the area.

To name a few Wacker Chemical, Sartorius, Azoth, AVL, AV fuels, MakerWorks, Zingermans Deli , Costco, and also has existing bike infrastructure for ease of access to all of them and more in the local area.

Scio Township, MI

Ann Arbor, MI

This Location is chosen for the vast amount of space available roughly 14 Acres, very close proximity to Meijer, Planet Rock Climbing Gym AA, Wolverine Pickleball, Sam Hill, MI HQ offices, the B2B trail, Michigan Academy of Gymnastics, A lot of diverse farming operations close by ( a good portion of farmworkers live in these types of vehicles), Ease of Access to 94, and also in close proximity to bike lanes, or Public Transit systems ( would have to add a stop by the property potentially the closest is at Meijer’s) to be able to travel by bus or bike to downtown Ann Arbor.
