Nomadic is building a network of Urban Hubs for Campervans, Expedition Vehicles, and RVs to stay in, and travel to Michigan’s various incredible Cities statewide.

Creating Hubs to integrate our plethora of Outdoor Recreation activities statewide, into more accessible options to freely inhabit our Urban Cities, while maintaining the freedom of access to the Outdoor Recreation areas available all over the State in a way that integrates in Renewable Energy and Sustainability into operations at every facet we can.

This location is chosen as it’s a prime position for our guests to enjoy Downtown Detroit, The Riverfront, Aretha Franklin Ampitheatre, Belle Isle, Dequindre Cut, Dyno Detroit, Atwater Brewery, Outdoor Adventure Center, amongst a diverse set of other incredible developments existing and to come in the Detroit area.

For our energy systems integration short and long term the sites solar exposure, viability of the underground wastewater to hydrogen generative system, and space for amenities all uniquely position this location for a successful first deployment of our network of these sites.

Pittsfield Township, MI

This Location in Ann Arbor is chosen for its ease of access to U of M Athletic games as all of them are right down State St. and accessible by public transport there is a route with two stops directly on Ellsworth Rd. into and out of Ann Arbor making it an attractive option for students as well. While Simultaneously providing access to the Ann Arbor Airport, Ann Arbor South ( development coming to Ann Arbor), Briarwood Mall, and the many diverse points of employment/ recreation in the area.

To name a few Wacker Chemical, Sartorius, Azoth, AVL, AV fuels, MakerWorks, Zingermans Deli , Costco, and also has existing bike infrastructure for ease of access to all of them and more in the local area.

This Location is chosen for the vast amount of space available roughly 14 Acres, very close proximity to Meijer, Planet Rock Climbing Gym AA, Wolverine Pickleball, Sam Hill, MI HQ offices, the B2B trail, Michigan Academy of Gymnastics, A lot of diverse farming operations close by ( a good portion of farmworkers live in these types of vehicles), Ease of Access to 94, and also in close proximity to bike lanes, or Public Transit systems ( would have to add a stop by the property potentially the closest is at Meijer’s) to be able to travel by bus or bike to downtown Ann Arbor.
